My clients often work on issues related to intimacy, trust, communication, and identity within diverse relationship structures, including monogamous, polyamorous, and open relationships.
Using evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and deeper connections. Many of my clients also manage ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I guide them in understanding their patterns, building self-compassion, and developing practical strategies for everyday life. Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting those going through religious trauma and deconstruction, helping clients process their experiences, find clarity, and rebuild a sense of self beyond harmful belief systems.
