I am a licensed mental health counselor with more than fifteen years of counseling experience and a PhD in Counselor Education from William & Mary. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationships, and identity questions.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
