I’m Dr. Nate, a therapist who cares deeply about helping people feel less alone in their struggles. Whether I’m working with couples, individuals, or families, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and real, where you don’t have to hide the parts of life that feel messy or overwhelming. My writing grows out of the same hope I bring to therapy: that with support, curiosity, and emotional safety, people can heal, reconnect, and build lives that feel more like home.
