In your first session at Dr. Nate Therapy LLC, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you’ll have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy. This initial session is focused on getting to know you and in particular your experiences, challenges, and goals so we can collaboratively determine the best approach for your needs.
We’ll discuss your background, any previous therapy experiences, and what you hope to gain from the process. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions about therapy, our approach, and what working together might look like. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy is a partnership, and the first session is about building a foundation of trust and understanding. By the end of our conversation, we’ll have a clearer idea of the next steps and how we can best support your journey.
