Life can be messy, unpredictable, and at times, overwhelming. You may feel anxious, unmotivated, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. Maybe you’ve struggled to feel heard, valued, or connected—to others or even to yourself.
Therapy is a space to explore these challenges with warmth, empathy, and support. My goal is to help you move toward the person you want to be, both in your relationships and in your own self-understanding.

Individual Therapy
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or navigating major life transitions like a recent breakup, a job loss, or religious deconstruction. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, identify your strengths, and create a path toward the life you want.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and attachment-based therapy to help you build self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of self. We’ll work to shift unhelpful thought patterns, reframe the stories you tell yourself, and develop strategies that align with your values. Whether you’re untangling the effects of past experiences, struggling with focus and motivation, or redefining your beliefs and identity, I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Relationship Counseling
Relationships shape how we connect, communicate, and feel secure—with ourselves and others. Our early experiences influence how we love, trust, and navigate conflict, and while they can foster deep connection, they can also create patterns that lead to tension, miscommunication, or emotional distance. Whether you’re struggling with trust, navigating conflict, or feeling unseen in your relationship, therapy can help you break unhelpful cycles and build deeper, more fulfilling connections.
I provide a welcoming, affirming space for all individuals and relationships, including those who are monogamous, polyamorous, LGBTQ+, heterosexual, or in non-traditional partnerships. Every relationship is unique, and I honor the diverse experiences, challenges, and strengths you bring.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and attachment theory, we’ll explore the deeper emotions, needs, and patterns shaping your interactions. Many relationship struggles stem from unspoken fears, unmet attachment needs, and cycles of miscommunication. Together, we’ll work to strengthen emotional safety, improve communication, and foster deeper intimacy—so even difficult conversations bring you closer rather than creating further distance.
No matter your background or relationship style, you deserve connection, trust, and security. Whether you’re looking to rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, or navigate change, I’m here to help you create relationships that feel fulfilling, authentic, and aligned with your needs.
